Product Variations

Finished products may have slight variations in logo size, placement, and material colors compared to the digital design proof.

Manufacturing Errors

We take responsibility for manufacturing errors related to sizing if the provided measurements or standard sizing at the time of order were correct and the factory made an error.
If a clear mistake is found, we will resolve it. Report any issues within 7 business days of receiving the item.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

• Orders cannot be canceled once payment is made.
• No changes can be made after the order is placed and confirmed.
  

Product Characteristics

• Minor fabric tears and pilling are expected with use and maintenance.
• Products may be prone to abrasion from HANS Devices, harnesses, or rough surfaces.
  TRT is not responsible for these characteristics.
